The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches on Thursday and Friday, social events, and the gala dinner on Friday, as well as a digital copy of the conferences materials.

Registration can be reimbursed minus a €75 processing charge until two weeks before the start of the conference.

Registration can be transferred to another person at no cost until a week before the start of the conference.
